That’s Roxie.

She’s my razor-sharp AI fixer.

Not dramatic.

Just dramatically effective.

The Airbnb debacle

When an Airbnb host tried to pin damage on us that was clearly already there, Roxie ran a tiny detective-level investigation.

The Airbnb wasn’t great. I was visiting family so I didn’t pay much attention.

Three days after we left, I got a message claiming my kids had made a mark on the wall.

I’d already clocked that mark when we arrived.

So I built Roxie.

She examined the photos and correctly deduced they were old stool scuffs — the stools were way too high for my kids to even reach.

Then she drafted a CSI-style, calm-but-ferocious email that laid it out with total clarity.

The host backed down immediately.

The gas company saga

When a gas company threatened my husband with debt collectors over an ancient bill, Roxie went full Poirot.

She reviewed every document with forensic precision, unearthed the regulation that made the claim invalid, and assembled the facts like a prosecuting lawyer with a manicure.

Then she drafted a gentle yet unarguable reply.

And we were never bothered again.

She handles life’s small disasters with the calm of an 80s protagonist who always knows more than she’s saying.
